Our experience is wide and varied. Below is a list of a few of the projects we have been lucky enough to have been involved in.
The Leadenhall Building, London
224m commercial tower.
22 Bespoke glass lifts in a single lobby.
This project will become architecturally the focal point of London in the foreseeable future.
Acted as the clients technical compliance representative and commissioning engineer.
HSBC Headquarters, Canary Wharf
Designed by Foster and Partners, this 200m tower was a great success – working for the vertical transportation contractor taking responsibility for the design and performance of the lifts and ensuring compliance with the then current standards.
Four groups of six single deck lifts, trading lifts and escalators which at their time set standards of comfort and ride quality in Europe.
Barclays Bank Headquarters, Canary Wharf
A 160m high commercial office building designed by HOK including 3 groups of eight single deck passenger lifts.
Working for the services consultant responsible for the design of the lift strategy we took a crucial part in the appointment of the contractor and then working alongside Canary Wharf Contractors to ensure a smooth delivery on time and to budget.
Westfield London was a stepping stone in the design of retail centres in the UK and indeed Europe.
1.35m sq ft of retail space and 85 lifts and 67 escalators.
Working for the services consultant John designed the vertical transportation strategy with the client and Benoy Architects to arrive at a solution which has worked well ever since the opening day.
